We offer a range of services to help keep your commercial boiler reliable, safe and efficient. From a one-off commercial boiler service to boiler maintenance and repair contracts. Our standard service includes flue gas analysis, cleaning the heat exchanger, cleaning the condensate siphon, checking/changing electrodes, flame shape/colour, ingnition probes, temperature sensors, gas filter, air box, dirt trap, non return valve, venture, fan, burner assembly and a visual inspection of ancillary equipment. A gas fired commissioning, service and safety report is issued with every service.

When carrying out any kind of commercial gas testing, purging and commissioning, our commercial gas engineers use experience and training to ensure that our work is carried out to the highest safety levels and industry standards.
Tightness testing is to be carried out when instructed to ensure that the commercial gas pipework is safe for use. When we carry out any Tightness testing for gas pipework installations the pipework is pressure tested to a set pressure and is made to hold the pressure for a calculated time.
When the commercial gas pipework passes the tightness test a commercial gas safety certificate will be issued on completion of every commercial gas pipework test and / or purge works to state that it is safe.
